蓝丰蓝莓是全球种植最广泛的蓝莓品种之一，以结果稳定、产量高而著称。在美国加州只要冬季有一定冷量条件，它依然能够表现良好，适合内陆或冬季相对凉爽的地区种植。春季花量充足，坐果率高，夏季结出成串蓝色果实，果粒大小均匀，果粉厚实，风味清爽，既适合鲜食，也适合家庭加工和冷冻保存。
该品种植株生长健壮，枝条直立，抗逆性强，对土壤和环境的适应范围较广。相比部分风味型品种，蓝丰更偏向“稳定可靠型”，在正确管理条件下可以多年持续高产。适合作为家庭果园的主力品种，或与早熟、低需冷量品种搭配种植，延长采果期。
