Blue Dawn Morning Glory Vine
Ipomoea acuminata ‘Blue Dawn’
Blue Dawn Flower is the perfect fast-growing solution to transform unsightly fences, walls, or slopes into a lush, flowering tapestry. This vigorous climber produces a profusion of stunning trumpet-shaped blooms each day from late spring through fall. The flowers open in the morning a brilliant sky blue with a pinkish-white throat, then gradually deepen to a rich violet-pink by afternoon before closing, creating a captivating daily color show. It dies back in winter but returns with even more vigor each spring, asking for little more than full sun.
