Mangave 'Mission to Mars' is a spectacular, intergeneric hybrid succulent prized for its dramatic, eye-catching foliage and architectural, solitary rosette form. A cross between Agave and Manfreda, this moderate-growing plant features striking, reddish-purple to copper-toned leaves with heavy maroon speckling, creating a bold, "Martian" color palette that intensifies in full sun. Its compact, upright rosette makes it an exceptional container "thriller" and a stunning focal point in rock gardens and modern landscapes. Exceptionally drought-tolerant, heat-loving, deer-resistant, and a magnet for hummingbirds, it is an outstanding choice for water-wise gardens and patio containers.
