Joe Evergreen Clematis is a delightful, finely textured vine prized for its unique foliage and prolific flowering. Unlike most clematis, it features deeply divided, fern-like leaves that remain a glossy dark green all year, providing excellent visual texture. In late winter to early spring, it is smothered in a cloud of tiny, pure white, star-shaped flowers with greenish-yellow centers.
