White Rockrose
Cistus corbariensis
White Rockrose is a classic, dependable workhorse for the dry garden, valued for its profuse and cheerful display of clear white flowers. Throughout late spring and early summer, it covers itself in a blanket of simple, five-petaled blooms with cheerful yellow centers, each lasting a day but quickly replaced by new ones. Its dense, spreading mound of crinkled, gray-green foliage provides year-round texture and is exceptionally tough, thriving where other plants fail. It's an ideal, no-fuss groundcover or filler for sunny, well-drained areas.
