Double Pink Perfecto Mundo Azalea
Azalea perfecto Mundo Double Pink
Rhododendron 'Perfecto Mundo Double Pink' is a revolutionary reblooming azalea that delivers months of vibrant, double pink flowers with exceptional disease resistance. Part of the groundbreaking Perfecto Mundo series developed by Dr. Tom Ranney at NC State University, this compact evergreen shrub produces an abundance of large, showy, fully double pink blooms in spring, then takes a brief rest before reblooming prolifically from mid-summer through fall until frost . The flowers emerge from distinctive creamy-white buds, creating a stunning two-toned effect as they open . The glossy, dark green foliage remains attractive year-round, providing a lush backdrop for the colorful display. Resistant to lace bugs and tolerant of heat, this low-maintenance beauty brings effortless elegance and continuous color to sunny borders, foundation plantings, mass plantings, and containers .
